Why Busan is the best place to visit in Korea. It’s because of Gwangalli Beach’s Eobang Festival. If you want to meet locals and enjoy a cultural experience together, this is the place to go. The Gwangalli Eobang Festival celebrates the traditional fishing cutlure from the Joseon dynasty. They give you a free traditional Durumagi/jeogori style jacket for the day, you get to experience the folk village, parade, 5000won or $5 hanbok rentals, musicals and hands-on activities all for free! This festival made my trip so memorable and Busan is my favorite city in Korea hands down because of this festival.
